Position Description
As a Registration and Exams Administrator, you will:
- Manage course-enrollment, keeping abreast of on-going curricular policy and academic requirement changes.
- Responsible for the coordination of all course selection related activities, including training and individual registration advising with students regarding course and clinic selection, enrollment, and deadlines.
- Work with students and faculty to create/recommend solutions to issues related to course availability, resolving conflicts on enrollment limitations, waitlist, and add/drop process/polices to ensure maximum enrollment outcomes.
- Manage the Cross-Registration process for affiliated non-HLS students
- Coordinate with the Assistant Registrar on all aspects of exam preparation and administration. Providing exam administrative support across multiple student services and administrative departments; evaluating exam submissions for compliance with deadlines and policies.
- Assisting with the development of three (fall, winter, and spring) complex exam calendars; overseeing proctor coverage as appropriate; working with the Assistant Registrar to recruit, hire, and train seasonal proctors, and review and update training materials regularly.
- Advise faculty, students and staff on academic policies and procedures.
- Accountable for the security and integrity of student data as guided by FERPA regulations.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects independently, efficiently, and accurately.
- Ability to lead effectively and work independently while maintaining close contact and communication with the Assistant Registrar and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and build trusted relationships with diverse internal constituencies.
- Ideal candidates are self-motivated, critical thinkers with a passion for helping others, improving processes, providing an exemplary customer service experience, and take pride in being a member of a collaborative and team-oriented community.
