ACNJ's Children's Legal Resource Center is New Jersey's foremost information source on children and the law. Community service providers, attorneys, court staff and volunteers, educators, parents and caregivers, children, researchers, and general public, have depended on the Children's Legal Resource Center since 1993 for assistance, training and legal publications relating to the rights and care of New Jersey's children.

The mission of the Statewide Parent Advocacy Network is to empower and support families and inform and involve professionals and others interested in the healthy development and education of children and youth. SPAN’s foremost commitment is to children and families with the greatest need due to disability; poverty; discrimination based on race, sex, language, immigrant, or homeless status; involvement in the foster care, child welfare, or juvenile justice systems; geographic location; or other special circumstances.

If you are low income and need a lawyer for a civil matter, IVLP may be able to help. Using a statewide network of volunteer attorneys, IVLP provides free civil legal assistance through advice and consultation, brief legal services and representation in certain cases to persons living in poverty.
